Overview
This website presents The MasterBeat Project, its releases, artists, demo submission information and contact options. This policy also covers MBP Publisher, the label's internal tool for publishing its own releases on YouTube and Instagram.
Information collected
When the demo backend is connected, the site may collect artist name, email, country, artist links, track information, private streaming links, optional files and message content submitted by the artist.
How information is used
Submission information is intended for label review, artist communication, release consideration and operational record keeping.
Storage and services
The planned backend architecture uses Cloudflare Workers for form handling, Cloudflare D1 for metadata and Cloudflare R2 for optional audio or artwork file storage.
Website analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure website visits, traffic sources, demo submissions successfully received by the label and successfully submitted artist signatures. If you sign in as an artist, an opaque account identifier connects your activity across sessions and devices. We do not send your name, email, demo contents, contract contents or access tokens as analytics identifiers or event details. Internal administrator and editor activity is excluded.
Analytics remains off until you allow it in Cookie settings or select Accept all. You can withdraw permission using Cookie settings in the footer. Rejecting analytics stops future measurement and removes accessible first-party analytics cookies and stored completion markers; it does not erase previously collected data. Google processes analytics data according to the Google Privacy Policy.
MBP Publisher and YouTube API Services
MBP Publisher uses YouTube API Services. By using MBP Publisher, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube data is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
Who uses it. MBP Publisher is used only by label staff, who sign in with the Google account that manages the label's own YouTube channels. It does not access YouTube accounts of other people.
Data accessed through YouTube API Services. The ID and name of the signed-in channel (to verify the account before every upload); title, description, tags, publish date and duration of the channel's own recent uploads (to keep the metadata of new releases consistent); ID, privacy and processing status of the videos the tool uploads (to confirm scheduled releases). The tool uploads the label's videos and thumbnails and sets their title, description, tags and release time.
Use, storage and sharing. This data is used only to publish and schedule the label's own releases. It is stored locally on the label's computer and is not sold, shared with third parties or used for advertising. Cached YouTube data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days; statistics derived from it (the channel's metadata style profile) are kept for at most 36 months. Sign-in tokens are stored in the operating system's credential store. MBP Publisher does not use cookies or similar technologies on users' devices.
Revoking access and deletion. Access can be revoked at any time through the Google security settings page. When access is removed, the data cached for that channel is deleted within 7 days at the latest. Deletion requests can also be sent to [email protected].
Instagram publishing
MBP Publisher publishes the label's Reels and Stories through the official Instagram API on the label's own Instagram accounts. To do so, a release video is stored in a private Cloudflare R2 storage for a short time and made available to Instagram through an expiring link; it is deleted after publishing and in any case within 2 days.
